PolyFit, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, is a student run organization dedicated to providing body composition and fitness testing to the Cal Poly community.
We operate and test according to the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines and protocols.
We offer a variety of body composition and fitness tests including:
- Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation
- Blood pressure readings
- Blood glucose and cholesterol levels
- Fitness and flexibility testing
- Body fat percentage calculation via skin fold and hydrostatic weighing
- Estimation of VO2 Max
